PRINT, DESIGN AND PRODUCTION: Customer is responsible in providing company logo in high quality and the correct information. AN ADDITIONAL $100 AN HOUR FOR LOGO REDO. When Design is included with price and Slyfox Creative owns design unless purchased by customer (includes 3 hours of design up to 2-3 mockups), after 3 hours of design it will cost $100 per additional hour. There will be an additional charge for any graphics purchased. Excessive artwork changes and corrections will be charged at shop hourly rate of $100.00 an hour.

1. Artwork, supplying your own artwork in VECTOR FORMAT files .ai or .eps and High Resolution 300 dpi .jpegs or .tiff and include Pantone Color Specs To ensure colors are Printed correctly. Remaking logos and acquiring high resolution images will result higher costs for the design.
2. Design: This is the longest part of the vehicle wrap process, it can take anywhere from 5 to 40 hours, depending on the complexity of the design and style of vehicle. Certain graphics may have to be specially cut and contoured to fit parts of the vehicle, which can take longer.

3. Proofing: It's important to carefully examine the proof for any mistakes you find and immediately note any changes you want made to the final wrap before printing. Any changes you have after the wrap goes into final production can delay turnaround and add significantly to your costs.

   Mock-up template is rendition is an artistic representation of what your graphics will look like. Slyfox Creative reserves the right to slightly modify certain measurements and/or areas to accommodate production and installation. As this color rendition is generated by computer and all monitors are calibrated differently, colors may vary slightly from actual color on vinyl material. Pantone colors have to be provided by customer for best results. Slyfox Creative is not liable for color match prints. Reprints and Re-Wrap will result in an extra charge. Reprints prints may also be slightly different shade from last print due to humidity & temperature. There may be small bandwidth on prints when seen close up, but wraps are meant to be seen 6ft away. There are no refunds, reprints or redo's, because this is out of our control. All Artwork remains with Slyfox Creative unless customer has specifically paid for the Artwork on invoice. All copyrights belong to Slyfox Creative.

4. Printing: Vehicle wraps are printed in multiple panels and carefully pieced together during installation. After printing the wrap, ink needs 4-6 hours to "gas out" this prevents the vinyl from bubbling or wrinkling during installation.
5. Installing: Your vehicle needs to be thoroughly clean so that the wrap will adhere properly. You would need to wash your vehicle before you leave it with us. Taking it through a high pressure car wash that uses powerful detergents should clean off most grime and debris.

Installers use a heat gun to stretch and reposition the vinyl and a squeegee to eliminate imperfections. It's important to note that installers rely on sharp razors to manipulate the vinyl and remove excess material around door handles and crevices. Even with the expert installers, there's some potential for minor nicks and scratches to the surface.

We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, prices, omissions, descriptions, and errors relating to products, productions, availability and update information at anytime without prior notice.

On Printed Wraps, What to expect:

• Plastic door handles will not be wrapped
• On Vans, busses, and large vehicles, bumpers will not be wrapped
• Wheel wells will not be wrapped.
• Running boards will not be wrapped.
• In severe channel areas will not be wrapped to prevent wrinkling, lifting and bubbling.
• There will be seams and overlaps.
• The vinyl may lift in difficult areas.
• There could be bubbles & winkles in difficult areas.
• Final color may slightly print different than the Digital Proof unless
• customer provided pantone color match.
• There may be bandwidth on prints visible in close proximity.
• Reprints may also be slightly different shade from last print.
• Templates are mock-ups, vinyl placement may be different due to curvature and size

REMOVAL: Your vehicle's vinyl material should last you 3-5 years on vertical surface and 1-2 years on horizontal surfaces, depending on how well you maintain it. When it's time to remove it, our pro installers can cleanly remove a wrap. Price of removal is $85 an hour. When estimate price is given, its just an estimate based on how many hours we think it will take to remove but is not the exact price. We will add a charge if vehicle removal takes longer than estimated, hours charged for removal may vary depending on how long the wrap was on and the weather it was exposed to. Slyfox Creative is not responsible for the condition of the paint and body when removing old vinyl.

Additional Information:

• You cannot roll down windows that have view thru or graphics. We recommend replacing Horizontal surfaces (Hoods, Bumpers, Trunks) every 1-2 years.
• Please remove all personal items before delivering your vehicle.
• Slyfox Creative is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROPERTY LOSS.
• There is 90 days warranty on lifts and bubbles.

VEHICLE STORAGE FEES: Vehicles left beyond the authorized pickup day (definition of authorized pickup day is the date vehicle is ready to be picked up and the client has been notified) will be charged $35.00 per day, per space occupied, until the vehicle or vehicles have been picked up and paid for.

COLOR MATCHING:

To ensure colors are Printed correct, Customer is responsible for providing Pantone Color Specs, Color Samples and asking Slyfox Creative to Print Color Samples on vinyl material before production. Slyfox Creative is not liable for color match prints. Failing to do so will result in extra charge to Re-Print and Re-Wrap.

The mock-up is a color rendition generated by computer and all monitors are calibrated differently, monitor colors may vary from actual print on vinyl material. Pantone colors have to be provided by customer for best color results.

When supplying your own artwork, make sure it's high-resolution- at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) or a vector and sent in a file format like (.jpeg .tiff .pdf .eps .ai) Never send logos or images taken from your WEBSITE or a Business card- they offer poor resolution and quality. Remaking logos and acquiring high resolution images will result in higher costs for the design.

ADDITIONAL COLOR MATCHING AND DESIGN: If the Client's files exceed the determined file set-up rate included in price of project, charges will be based on a rate of $100/hour with a $100 minimum and billed in 15 minute increments after the minimum is met. The Client will be notified of this charge prior to work being started and we require Client authorization before proceeding. If Slyfox Creative is creating original artwork, design will be billed at a rate of $100/hour. Color matching charges are $100 per hour. Due to the nature of both screen and digital printing, we cannot match PMS colors exactly and give no guarantees to precise color matches. A +/- of 3% to 5% variation is acceptable industry-wide.

Use of Images and References to Completed Work: Slyfox Creative may, at its sole discretion, use images of completed work and/or refer to Client in Slyfox Creative portfolio and any other marketing materials.

It is the responsibility of the client to provide or purchase quality high resolution pictures for large format printing. Slyfox Creative will not be held responsible for low resolution images provided by the client for printing.

DESIGN & PRINTING: Final Approved designs will become the property of the client once the job is completed and paid for. Slyfox Creative will save your file in its native format on your supplied Flash Drive. All other designs, and materials used to create the design will remain the property of Slyfox Creative. Slyfox Creative will only store artwork for one year. Any design fees associated with re-creating the clients design due to the client not having their flash drive will be charged to the client.

Slyfox Creative will not be held responsible for any design layouts provided by the client. All original art must come ready to print. There will be a design fee for any changes made to client supplied art or layout. Design fee is $100.00 per hour.

CHANGES/CORRECTIONS/ERRORS: It's important to carefully examine the proof for any mistakes you find and immediately note any changes you want made to the final wrap before printing. Any changes you have after the wrap goes into final production can delay turnaround and add significantly to your costs. It is up to the customer to provided all the correct information. If artwork was provided by the customer, Slyfox Creative is not liable for any errors or quality of images or artwork.

By accepting the proposal, you approve all of its contents and/or accuracy as shown and accept Full Responsibility.

ESTIMATES & TAXES: Estimates are good faith estimates based on job specification information provided by the client and current material costs. Pricing and schedule are subject to change upon receipt of artwork and approval of estimate. Pricing is good for 15 days from the date of the quote and does not include packaging or shipping charges unless specified. Estimates are contingent upon strikes, accidents, fire, availability of materials and all other causes beyond our control. The Client order is subject to applicable state and local taxes unless we have a Sales Tax Exemption form completely filled out denoting that said corporation is exempt from sales tax. Appropriate taxes will be applied to outstanding invoices until we receive this document.

Terms of Payment, Legal Fees & Disputes: Payment is due when invoices are received unless credit terms have been extended in writing by an authorized representative of Slyfox Creative. After 30 days, unpaid invoices are Past Due and all present and future jobs may be put on hold until the old balance is paid. After 60 days, the account is considered delinquent and may be placed in collections. Balances unpaid after 60 days will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. Expenses incidental to collection including; court costs, fees, expenses and reasonable attorney(s) fees will also be charged to any account placed with our collection service. Clients shall identify to Slyfox Creative in writing any dispute concerning an invoice within ten days of the date of the invoice. If disputes are not identified in writing, the Client has accepted the invoice. Clients must return to Slyfox Creative any and all work in dispute, accompanied by written explanation. After investigation, errors on our behalf will either be corrected or credited to the Client's account.

We cannot accept responsibility for consequential damages or loss of any kind resulting from the sale, installation, printing or delivery of our products. It is the responsibility of the client to read our FAQ page on our website prior to contracting Slyfox Creative to do any work. All quotations are valid for 15 days.

DELIVERY & PICKUP: We prefer the client to pick up their own jobs. We do, however offer delivery by our drivers, UPS and Freight Delivery services for a nominal additional fee.

PROJECT START TIME, SUBSTRATES & INSTALLATION: The start time of any project does not begin until ALL support files and items related to completion of the job are in house and the Client approves the artwork. Ultimately, the Client accepts full responsibility for determining if said purchased item will perform to their requirements on the substrate(s) to which they are applied.

PAYMENT TERMS: We cannot start your project, do any mock-ups or confirm installation dates until deposit payment is made. Customer or assigned agent completing the Customer Information sheet agrees that they are the responsible party for payment of services requested. Customer or assigned agent agrees to make full payment prior to vehicle release and agree to be responsible for all collection fees including attorney fees and court costs for any unpaid balances at the interest rate of 18% per annum. Any materials for the customer's job is required to be paid for 100% prior to the order before the work will be performed. Once material is ordered it is non-refundable even if you do not proceed forward with the installation. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS unless they are paid via certified funds and are pre-approved in writing by Slyfox Creative. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for any returned checks, in addition to the amount due. If paid by check we will not start or schedule your job until check has cleared. We don't take credit card payments over the phone. Any request changes to the description of services stated above need to be in writing and any additional charges incurred will be charged accordingly. Customer will pay the remaining balance including any additional cost or fees upon completion of the job prior to release of the vehicle. You have 48 hours to change the installation appointment date, If you miss your install appointment date there will be an additional $40 CHARGE.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TERMS OF PAYMENT, LEGAL FEES, AND DISPUTES: Your deposit is your confirmation to the installation dates agreed. Artwork must be approved before setting up an installation date. We do not lock in installation date if deposit is not made, therefore your agreed date can change at any time until deposit is made. Any invoice that is not paid at the time of delivery is considered past due and the customer is responsible for all collection fees including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs for unpaid balances at the interest rate of 18% per annum. This is not an expectation contract and we are not responsible for buyers' remorse. By accepting the vehicle you are accepting the job as complete and that the performance is satisfactory. You are responsible for inspecting the product and or vehicle upon receipt. Customer shall identify to Slyfox Creative in writing any dispute concerning an invoice within ten days of the date of the invoice. If disputes are not identified in writing within the ten-day time frame the customer has accepted the job and the invoice. Customer must contact Slyfox Creative of any and all work in dispute, accompanied by written explanation. After investigation, if an error is found on our behalf we will make appropriate corrections.

RETURNS: Partial or Full Deposit is non-refundable. Since vinyl material is a non-returnable item, all ordered vinyl and graphic art work ordered for any projects is paid by the customer 100% prior to ordering the product. No exceptions.

ALL CONTRACTS ARE FINAL AND NO MONETARY REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Once proposal is approved by customer and vinyl material is ordered there is no refunds even if you do not proceed forward with the installation. If an issue arises the customer must submit their complaint in writing and give Slyfox Creative the opportunity to see the issue and try and resolve the issue prior to pressuring any legal actions. Since all wrap orders and installations are customized to the customers specifications Slyfox Creative must be given the opportunity to address any issues, including removal and re-installation time (if deemed necessary by Slyfox Creative), before the client issues a credit card charge backs or check cancellations.

JOB CANCELLATION & ERRORS: If the Client cancels the order before its completion, the Client shall be responsible for the cost of any proofs, artwork, materials re-stocking and work performed until cancellation notice is received in writing. In addition, Slyfox Creative reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation charge in addition to the actual charges to cover un-billed internal costs including scheduling, client communications and resources utilized. Slyfox Creative will gladly re-image any job that has problems due to an error on the part of Slyfox Creative. This does not include software limitations or improper set-up of a job by the client. Slyfox Creative will not be held responsible for errors in work after final client Approval or neglect of final approval. No claims will be honored after 24 hours of receipt of any completed and delivered work.

Verbal orders will be accepted, but Slyfox Creative will not be responsible for any verbal mistakes. EVERYTHING SHOULD BE IN WRITING. Slyfox Creative will not accept responsibility for the inaccuracies in verbal orders by the customer.

CONTENT: We reserve the right to refuse any customer any reason.

TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHTS: Reproduction in any form, of copyrighted materials without prior permission of the originator is illegal. It is the responsibility of the Client to obtain said permission. Slyfox Creative is in no way responsible for obtaining permission and assumes that the Client has obtained permission before the work is submitted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & CONFIDENTIALITY: Slyfox Creative will not be responsible in any way for any materials supplied by the client. Original artwork is left at the Client's risk and is not subject to replacement. Slyfox Creative will not assume liability for damaged or lost files.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION ON THE VEHICLE's PAINT SURFACE PRIOR TO THE VINYL BEING INSTALLED.

IF MOLDING NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FOR INSTALLATION, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING AND INSTALLING MOLDING ESPECIALLY IF THE CONDITION OF MOLDING NEEDS REPLACEMENT.

IF INSTALLED ON TRAILERS WITH CAULKING, RE-CAULKING WILL BE NEEDED SINCE VINYL WILL NOT STICK TO CAULKING.

VEHICLE WALK-THRU: Wash vehicle using just using ONLY water and soap before dropping off. Even though we prep and clean the vehicle for install wax and other chemicals will prevent the vinyl to stick to surface. Do not Wax or CLAY BAR any wax or chemicals left on vehicle by waxing and or clay bar will result in bubbles and vinyl will not cure properly. Slyfox Creative will not be held liable for vinyl that will not stick and cure properly due to wax or other chemicals used before install. There will be an additional charge of $75-$150 if we have to wash your vehicle depending on the size. Slyfox Creative is not liable for any damage if asked to remove any parts from vehicle.

INSTALLATIONS: All vinyl material needs to be applied to "like new" vehicle finish for the best results. Vinyl material is a pliable plastic material that we make every effort to make it look as seamless as possible, however, there may be curves, bumps, rivets, moldings and deep-channeled curves that the vinyl will not be able to conform to. In some cases relief cuts need to be made or patches need to be installed to cover certain areas. Stretching will result in some shrinkage as it attempts to return to its original form/dimensions. As it shrinks, some minor tenting and lifting does occur and will be addressed if necessary in the 90 day period. There must be an excellent bod of the paint and its finish to the vehicle substrate. Any rust, bubbling, caulking, scratches, dents or other damage will be visible through the film, and such surface imperfections may damage the film or cause the film to fail prematurely. Areas repaired with body filer must be sanded, epoxy primed and finished with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) paint or clear coat. Also, any areas with Caulking need to be re-caulked over the installed vinyl. Any recently applied finish must be fully cured for a minimum of 30 days prior to film being applied.

3rd Party installations: Full Installation Payment must be made before we install. We are only responsible for the installation. Once contract is approved by customer no monetary refund will be issued even if it is cancelled by the customer. Only credit will be given to the customer if deemed appropriate. Wrap vinyl must be 3m, Avery or good quality air release wrap vinyl. We are not liable for the vinyl material, the print or missing print material. We are not liable for the paint condition of the vehicle when installing. Any rust, bubbling, scratches, dents or other damage will be visible through the film, and such surface imperfections may damage the film or cause the film to fail prematurely. Any recently applied finish must be fully cured for a minimum of 30 days prior to film being applied.

ONCE INSTALLED PRINTED VINYL MATERIAL IS INTENDED TO BE VIEWED FROM A DISTANCE OF SIX (6) FEET FROM THE VEHICLE.

Installation time is based upon many factors including but not limited to, film selected, curing time, places where vinyl material is being installed, size of vehicle, complexity of installation areas and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. We will make every effort to give reasonable time frames for installation but reserve the right to change them at any time for any reason.

Vehicle Wrap: Additional Terms, Conditions and Warranty Disclaimer:

INSTALLATIONS: Slyfox Creative only guarantees final prints that are designed and set up by Slyfox Creative. Slyfox Creative reserves the right to VOID the warranty on any same day print and install jobs or any Rush Jobs. Slyfox Creative disclaims all warranties on buses, planes, trains, RVs, custom vehicles and vehicles with OEM paint that is more 6 years old. If we are asked to cover existing vinyl decals, we cannot be liable for any damage caused during the installation or removal process to these decals.

A Wrap is NOT paint. There may be extreme curves, deep channels and moldings on the vehicle that the vinyl will not be able to conform to. In some small areas you will see evidence of the original color of the vehicle. These may be small areas such as around door handles and the edges of the lights on the vehicles. A vehicle wrap is made by applying 52 inch vertical panels of vinyl. There will be 1 inch seams where the panels meet. On a complex design with many matching points, Slyfox Creative cannot guarantee that the graphics will match 100% alignment due to extreme complex curves on the vehicle. A 5% margin is considered acceptable on large outdoor advertising projects.

Proofs are created on a flat surface and viewed at a relatively tiny size on computer screens and printed paper. In cases of curves, handles, deep grooves, rubber moldings/trim, on-the-spot adjustments may be made by the installer to assure maximum readability or alignment. In many cases there are slight differences between the printed flat paper proof and the 3 dimensional curved vehicle wrap. This can vary up to several inches. This is normal and the wrap needs to be designed with this in mind.

It is not reasonable to expect printed vinyl wrap to cover and look exactly like paint or in all the same places look exactly the same. A piece of vinyl has limits and can only stretch so much before it changes color. In some cases, a relief cut may have to be made into the vinyl that will reveal a small amount of the original vehicles paint color under the vinyl. In some cases a patch needs to be installed to conceal vehicles original color. It is the only option. Areas under door handles, mirrors, behind gas caps, and inside door frames will not be wrapped. If we wrap Extreme curved surfaces such as mirrors and bumpers they may reveal the original paint color at the tight edges of the wrap. It has more to do with material limitations and not install quality. Slyfox Creative cannot warranty those areas with extreme curves. It is the sole risk of the client if they choose wrap mirrors or other very tight curves. Slyfox Creative will make the client aware of these areas before we begin the design.

If we are installing at the client's nominated location, suitable conditions must exist. Vehicles need to be indoors, in a clean, dust free temperature controlled environment, with a power supply and good quality lighting with a minimum of 5 feet working space around the entire vehicle. If in the opinion of the senior installer on site, conditions are not suitable for a high quality install of the wrap, the vehicle will be required to go to one of our nominated install locations. Wraps are self-adhesive vinyl that will only adhere well to catalyzed vehicle paint and glass. Poor surface paint or clear coats will not allow the vinyl adhesive to stick properly and the adhesive may fail. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to bring in a vehicle that is ready to be wrapped. Extreme curves and deep pockets may exceed the limits of how far the material can stretch. Again this is not paint it is a special pressure sensitive vinyl material. Vehicles are not at exact right angle curves. They maintain lines that are not 100% parallel to the ground. Due to this fact the graphics that are 2D printed graphics twill not be at the exact same angle of the vehicle lines once the wrap is installed onto the 3D vehicle surface.

Due to the limitations and the sensitivity of the various substrates, it is impossible to reproduce all colors accurately. Therefore, in the absence of a representative from your company to select the appropriate color sample, reproduction will be at our discretion. When we wrap over existing vinyl strips or letters, the new wrap is so thin on top that there will be evidence that there is old vinyl underneath the new vinyl. Slyfox Creative will not be held responsible for any damage, void of vehicle warranty or anything caused through the application of the vinyl products. Slyfox Creative is not liable if during the installation of a wrap the clear coat of the car begins to peel off. Original painted vehicles should not have any problems with the clear coat peeling off.

The application process in many cases takes no longer than a day or two for full wraps and partial wraps can be done within one day. It is not a good idea to rush the install process as many things can go wrong. Slyfox Creative reserves the right to take an additional day for any issues that may arise during the install.

Slyfox Creative prefers to use our facility for installation. If client elects to have installation performed at their location, Slyfox Creative will not be held liable for any issues related to improper install conditions such as temperature or dust.

The vinyl that is applied to original vehicle paint is warranted against adhesive failure and image quality for up to 4 years. The window perforated material is warranted for up to 1 years. Slyfox Creative does not warranty any material that we do not install.

REMOVALS: All removals are quoted separately. Wrap removal can be very time consuming. We charge by the hour for the labor. Slyfox Creative will not be responsible for any paint, clear coat, or existing striping damage when we do a removal.

We cannot be responsible for damage to paintwork when the vinyl is removed, and would not advise application on a re-sprayed surface, or poor quality/rusted paintwork. Please note, our experience shows that removal of vinyl designed for vehicle wraps, from good quality, factory original paintwork, will not damage the paintwork. However, it is the duty and responsibility of the owner of the vehicles to ensure suitability of the existing surface before it is wrapped.

WARRANTY AND MATERIALS: 3M, Avery and Orafol cast wrap materials are installed per the customer or authorized representative's request. We are not the manufacture of the product and all warranties are ordered through the manufacture of the product the customer specifically ordered. For warranty information you must visit the manufacture website or brochure for specific information regarding the product(s) you ordered. Slyfox Creative is the installer of the product, not the manufacture. However, if there is something wrong with the product our manufactures do stand behind their products as do we, so please do not hesitate to contact us. Damage done to the vinyl material by the customer or any third party is not a warranty issue and will not be covered as such.

Although vinyl manufactures guarantee the material to last up to 5 years, high end material 7 to 10 years, the actual lifespan of a vehicle wrap will be considerably less more or less 3-5 years depending on the weather and after care. No warranties on Chrome, Plastic, Caulking and Non Factory Finished paint.

WARRANTY & MATERIALS: Slyfox Creative offers a one-year warranty on the installation and one-year on the material applied to the windows. No warranty on horizontal direct sun exposure such as hoods, roofs, and/or deck lids. Any surface with less than a 10 degree slope will not be warrantied. The wrap warranty will depend upon the customer's care of the vehicle and the outdoor/geographic conditions. We recommend hand washing only. Avoid high pressure, power washing and be careful never to use an ice scraper on window graphics. Also avoid harsh chemicals of any kind as they can deteriorate the laminate on the vinyl adhesive. Sweeping or brushing off the windows with a soft broom and the use of a rear defroster will not damage your window wrap. There are specially designed products to clean and polish vinyl graphics if needed. Please wait at least 3 weeks before washing your vehicle once applied.

RETURNS: All of the products offered by Slyfox Creative are custom made projects that are not refundable. If the client has a concern with the job, the Client must contact Slyfox Creative in writing before proceeding with any charge backs or credit returns. Slyfox Creative will be given the opportunity to correct and resolve any disputes within 30 days by fixing the disputed project. Since all jobs are custom products, Slyfox Creative must be given the opportunity to reprint or reinstall any job, before the client issues any credit card charge backs or returns. In the event that the client issues a credit card charge back, or alleges he does not authorize the credit card transaction, the credit card company will issue an inquiry. When the credit company investigates the claim and if the credit card company's decision is made in favor of Slyfox Creative, the client will be held liable for all legal fees and professional research and discovery time associated with Slyfox Creative having to file an Inquiry with the credit card company.

If a credit card dispute is decided in favor of Slyfox Creative and if Slyfox Creative suffers any loss of credit card business associated with a clients' charge back request, the client will be liable for all legal fees and any credit card business Slyfox Creative is not able to process during this period of the dispute resolution. In the event that the customer fails to make payment in full on the job invoice, the customer irrevocably authorizes Slyfox Creative to remove the graphics supplied or take back any produced products.

Since this is custom artwork...once the job is printed, delivered and or installed all contracts are final and no monetary refunds can be issued. STORE CREDIT ONLY!

AFTER CARE:

• Keep the car out of direct sunlight for the first 2-3 days after installation.
• Hand wash your vehicle bi-weekly with a nice soft sponge or rag. Strong jets can cause the vinyl to lift at the seams. Brushes and bristles can scratch your vinyl. And colors can start to fade and dull with repeated exposure to harsh chemicals and abrasives. None of these things will help your vehicle wrap last, so avoid them at all cost.
• Don't wax your vinyl-wrapped vehicle. It will degrade your vinyl and shorten the life of your wrap. (NEVER WAX or CLAY BAR) It will cause the vinyl material to turn yellow and crack.
• Take care of edges particularly on doors/trunk/hood. Should any damage occur, contact us immediately. Do not try and fix it yourself or the warranty will be voided
• Remove bugs and bird dropping immediately as these can stain the wrap. Soak them and wipe them off without scraping.
• Use aftercare products with a low ph like "Windex Vinegar multi-Surface" on a bi-monthly basis. Spray the onto a microfiber towel or directly onto the surface. Wipe the surface clean, then turn the towel and dry. As this cleans and protect the wrap which ensures that is looks brand new for years.

UPKEEP: It will take approximately 30 days for the wrap to cure. Graphic installation warranty covers minor lifts, and is good for 90 Days starting when wrapped vehicle is taken from our shop. It is up to the customer to maintain it.

AGREEMENT: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and will supersede all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this agreement. This agreement may not be varied other than in writing, executed by the duly authorized representatives of both parties. Conditions not specifically stated herein shall be governed by established trade customs. Terms inconsistent with those stated herein, which may appear on Client's formal order, will not be binding. Client acknowledges that Client has read, understands and hereby agrees and accepts these prices, fees, charges, use of images, specification and conditions stated herein and authorizes Slyfox Creative to perform all work as specified. Client has also been presented with, has read and understands the color matching criteria and has selected the appropriate method for the design. Client understands that Slyfox Creative cannot guarantee the quality of any artwork that is not set-up by Slyfox Creative.
